The Inspector-General of Emergency Management and the Office of the IGEM operates under the Queensland Government Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior of government employees when providing services to the Queensland community. This encompasses their conduct during official duties, representation of the government at events or on business trips, and participation in work-related social functions.
